A: It would be sensible to allow a period of four weeks from the time of placing an order. If you have a particular requirement for a shirt, or a number of shirts, to be completed in a shorter time frame we will do our utmost, within reason, to accommodate your request.
A: Most of our bespoke shirts are made by our team right here in Sydney. At one time we did experiment with having shirts manufactured in Asia, but the negatives heavily outweighed any benefit in price. Some are made for us by a small family owned company in Florence, which allows our clients access to an increased selection of fabrics and styles.
A: Most of our bespoke shirts are priced at $380, but some that use our most expensive fabrics such as Super 300 can cost up to $600.
A: Yes, once you have ordered with us we keep your records on file, so that re-ordering is much easier and less time consuming for you in the future.
A: No, once we have your details on file there is no need for you to be measured every time you order a new shirt unless you believe you have lost, or gained, a significant amount of weight.
A: Our fabrics are sourced from some of the leading fabric houses in the world. Countries of origin include Italy, Switzerland and the UK. More details can be found by clicking here
A: There certainly is. We are now offering you the opportunity of receiving an extra bespoke shirt at no additional cost when you place an order for five bespoke shirts at one time. The additional shirt can be up to the value of the average price paid for the other five shirts. For example an order for five shirts at $380 each will entitle you to one additional shirt worth $380 completely free. The offer applies across business, formal and casual shirts and will remain in place until further notice. Please feel free to let your friends and business colleagues know about this offer.
A: Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB, plus cash and personal cheques.
